Do you have availability on this xx date?

To check the availability of our hairdressers, select the location you wish to visit from this website, select the service, select your preferred hairdresser, and select their availability. If you haven't chosen a hairdresser yet, you may select any available professional for maximum availability.

Can you do a particular haircut? For example, butterfly haircut, wolf cut, etc.?

Yes, all of our hairdressers are senior hairdressers and are experienced to offer a wide range of haircuts. We always encourage our clients to bring a visual reference and during consultation we are able to inform you of your expectations as haircuts may vary due to thickness of hair, texture of hair, etc.

I would like to cancel my booking. Am I being charged?

No you will not be charged. We only take payment after the service has been fulfilled.However, please avoid cancelling within 12 hours of your appointment. Changes to your booking can be made through your confirmation email, or by the phone. We try our best to respond however during busy hours we may not be able to get to the phone. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you.

Are you open during holidays?

We're open on holidays except for 25th December (Christmas) and 1st January (New Year). Strathfield plaza public holidays opening times may vary due to building management. Please keep an eye out on our social media for more information on public holidays. We endeavour to inform the public in advance.

Please tell me who’s the best hairdresser to do the hairstyle that I like?

Our hairdressers have over 15 to 20 years of professional experience in hairstyling. We're confident they can achieve your desired hair goals. However, despite their expertise, each hairdresser possesses unique skills and perspectives. It can be challenging to determine who is the best fit for you. Fresh reviews could provide helpful insights.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking. If you are not there on time, and have not notified/coordinated with our staff prior to your appointment, our hairdressers may move on to the next walk-in customer.

Do you offer Afterpay as a payment option?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Afterpay at the moment.

What does your hair / scalp spa include?

Our La Bioestheque head spa, also known as a “scalp spa” is a deep-cleansing and nourishing treatment for the scalp and hair. It involves a series of steps, including scalp analysis, exfoliation, cleansing, massage and mist, using specialised scalp care products.

How long will a perm last?

A digital perm typically lasts between 3 to 6 months, but this can vary based on individual hair characteristics and care practices. Regular maintenance and proper hair care can help extend the lifespan of the curls. Looser curls may not last as long as tighter curls.

How much is your hair colour?

Our hair colour starts from $160 for short hair. However, the price is determined by the length and thickness of hair. If you are after a lighter colour, you may need more than one application. Our prices are based on application. Please visit our store for a free consultation for a better estimation/quote.

Can you perm my hair even with coloured hair?

Yes, we can perm coloured hair, but we cannot perm bleached hair. It's essential to assess its condition and consult with our professional hairstylist for best results. Kindly visit the salon for a free consultation.

What is the difference between Straight and Keratin?

Straightening is a permanent solution for turning curly hair into straight hair. If you're looking to simply smooth out your frizzy and wavy hair, Keratin treatment can be the best option for you. Moreover, it can make your hair shine. Note that Keratin treatment is NOT permanent. It lasts for 3-6 months depending on home care.

What’s the difference between NORMAL PERM and DIGITAL PERM?

A normal perm uses chemical solutions to create curls or waves, while a digital perm combines heat and chemicals for looser, more natural-looking curls. Digital perms often result in longer-lasting curls with less maintenance compared to traditional perms.

What is a Setting Perm?

Similar to a digital perm, setting perm involves using higher temperatures to create big waves. Customers may visit for a consultation first, after which the team can work on the perm.
