Yes, all of our hairdressers are senior hairdressers and are experienced to offer a wide range of haircuts. We always encourage our clients to bring a visual reference and during consultation we are able to inform you of your expectations as haircuts may vary due to thickness of hair, texture of hair, etc.

We're open on holidays except for 25th December (Christmas) and 1st January (New Year). Strathfield plaza public holidays opening times may vary due to building management. Please keep an eye out on our social media for more information on public holidays. We endeavour to inform the public in advance.

Our hairdressers have over 15 to 20 years of professional experience in hairstyling. We're confident they can achieve your desired hair goals. However, despite their expertise, each hairdresser possesses unique skills and perspectives. It can be challenging to determine who is the best fit for you. Fresh reviews could provide helpful insights.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking. If you are not there on time, and have not notified/coordinated with our staff prior to your appointment, our hairdressers may move on to the next walk-in customer.

Unfortunately, we do not offer Afterpay at the moment.

For men, hair should ideally be around 2 to 4 inches (5-10cm) in length for a perm. This length allows for better curl formation and retention. However, it's best to consult with our hairdresser who can assess your hair type and desired outcome to determine the optimal length for your perm.

You may book under women’s services - medium hair if your hair reaches until your chest area. We'll inform our stylist accordingly.
