Yes, all of our hairdressers are senior hairdressers and are experienced to offer a wide range of haircuts. We always encourage our clients to bring a visual reference and during consultation we are able to inform you of your expectations as haircuts may vary due to thickness of hair, texture of hair, etc.
No you will not be charged. We only take payment after the service has been fulfilled.However, please avoid cancelling within 12 hours of your appointment. Changes to your booking can be made through your confirmation email, or by the phone. We try our best to respond however during busy hours we may not be able to get to the phone. You may book under women’s services - medium hair if your hair reaches until your chest area. We'll inform our stylist accordingly.
