Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking. If you are not there on time, and have not notified/coordinated with our staff prior to your appointment, our beauticians may move on to the next walk-in customer.
Unfortunately, we do not offer Afterpay at the moment.
We're open on holidays except for 25th December (Christmas) and 1st January (New Year). Strathfield plaza public holidays opening times may vary due to building management. We try our best to provide an estimate through our pricelist however an exact quote can only be provided once we see your hair. Pricing is based on length and volume of hair. Please note that all of our prices online are ‘FROM’ prices based on short hair and may change on the day.
No you will not be charged. We only take payment after the service has been fulfilled. However, please avoid cancelling within 12 hours of your appointment.
