Yes, all of our hairdressers are senior hairdressers and are experienced to offer a wide range of haircuts. We always encourage our clients to bring a visual reference and during consultation we are able to inform you of your expectations as haircuts may vary due to [thickness of hair] [texture of hair] and etc.

Our hairdressers have over 15 to 20 years of professional experience in hairstyling. We're confident they can achieve your desired hair goals. Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking. If you are not there on time, and have not notified/coordinated with our staff prior to your appointment, our hairdressers may move on to the next walk-in customer.

How much will my service cost?

We try our best to provide an estimate through our pricelist however an exact quote can only be provided once we see your hair. Pricing is based on length and volume of hair. Please note that all of our prices online are ‘FROM’ prices based on short hair and may change on the day.

I would like to cancel my booking. Am I being charged?

No you will not be charged. We only take payment after the service has been fulfilled. However, please avoid cancelling within 12 hours of your appointment.

Changes to your booking can be made through your confirmation email, or by the phone. We try our best to respond however during busy hours we may not be able to get to the phone. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you.
